Desert Vision Walk — Morocco

You built the life.
Now find out who you are inside it.

A 7-day walk through the Sahara for men in a moment of transition.
No screens. No roles. No noise. Just the desert, a circle of brothers, and what remains when everything else falls away.

14 – 21 November 2026 · M'Hamid, Morocco · 12 men max · €700

For men in transition
A new decade. A career shift. A relationship that changed. Children leaving home. Something ended — or something needs to. You know this moment matters. The question is what you do with it.

The problem no one names

9

You're not broken. You're not in crisis. You're doing fine — and that's exactly the problem. You go through the days. You deliver. You perform. But somewhere along the way you stopped feeling like the one living your life. You wake up and wonder: is this it?

That question doesn't go away on its own. It gets louder. And the longer you ignore it, the more it costs you — in your presence, your relationships, your sense of where you're going.
The desert doesn't fix this. But it creates the one thing modern life refuses to give you: uninterrupted space to face it.

Who this is for

You've built a good life on the outside

Career, family, stability — but something inside doesn't match the picture.

9

You're in a moment of transition

Something has shifted — or is about to. You sense that how you move through this moment will define the next chapter.

9

You live from role to role

Father, manager, husband, provider. You've forgotten who you are when no one needs anything from you.

9

You're ready to stop running

Not looking for motivation or quick fixes. Ready for real contact with yourself — and with other men doing the same.

How the journey works

The walk follows three phases. The inner movement is the same one men have made for centuries.

Departure »

You clarify your intention. What you're leaving behind. What you're walking toward.

» Passage »

The desert strips away the noise. Daily practices, silence, inner work. The ordeal that changes you.

» Arrival

You name your vision. You bring it back. Integration begins before you leave the dunes.

Brotherhood

You don't walk alone. Twelve men, each carrying his own question, moving through the same desert. What happens between men in that space — the honesty, the witness, the silence shared — is something you don't find easily in ordinary life. Many men say the brotherhood is what stays with them longest.

About me

I'm Sascha Ott — men's mentor, based in Tuscany. For years I lived a life that looked right from the outside but felt hollow inside. I went through the motions without knowing I was lost.

Coming back to myself changed everything: how I show up, how I choose, how I lead. Since 2018 I've been deepening this work through the community of La Via del Maschile Maturo, annual walks, and desert immersions.

I take 12 men into the desert. I don't promise transformation. I promise real conditions for it.

Common questions

Do I need to be physically fit?

We walk a few kilometers a day at a relaxed pace. The physical demand is manageable for most men in reasonable health. The inner work is far more demanding than the walking.

How do I get there?

Fly into Marrakech. I recommend arriving Friday 13 November. Saturday morning we take the bus together to M'Hamid (10 hours, approx. €21). Return is by shared taxi on Saturday 21 November.

Is there Wi-Fi or phone signal?

No. That's part of it. You will be unreachable for the duration of the walk. Most men say this is the hardest and most valuable part.

Do we will use medicine plants or psychedelics?

No, the event does not involve the use of medicinal plants or psychedelics.

How are participants selected?

I review every application personally and confirm each participant by phone or video call. This is a group of 12 men. The selection matters — for you and for the group.

What if the cost is too high for me?

Reach out directly before applying. If you're the right man for this journey and cost is a genuine barrier, we'll find a solution together.

What men say after the desert

These men walked into the Sahara carrying their own questions. They speak for themselves — in Italian, with English subtitles.

Every man who walked this desert made a different journey.

Every man came back changed in his own way.
