Subtraction

One of the most impactful and easily integrable approaches I have encountered in my life is ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ฉ๐ซ๐š๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐œ๐ž ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐›๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง.

 

To subtract implies removing everything superfluous from our lives that does not contribute to expressing our extraordinary potential. This process is applicable at various ๐‘™๐‘’๐‘ฃ๐‘’๐‘™๐‘  ๐‘œ๐‘“ ๐‘œ๐‘ข๐‘Ÿ ๐‘’๐‘ฅ๐‘–๐‘ ๐‘ก๐‘’๐‘›๐‘๐‘’.

 

At the ๐‘โ„Ž๐‘ฆ๐‘ ๐‘–๐‘๐‘Ž๐‘™ ๐‘™๐‘’๐‘ฃ๐‘’๐‘™, subtraction involves ๐ฅ๐ž๐ญ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ ๐จ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ฆ๐š๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐š๐ฅ ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ we accumulate and utilize daily. In our modern lives, we are surrounded by countless gadgets and devices, creating a perception that our well-being depends on them. The attachment to material things is often linked to a need for security, restricting our potential for curiosity and exploration. Embracing subtraction at the physical level provides a ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐ฎ๐ง๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ง๐๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ญ๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐ฅ๐ข๐Ÿ๐ž ๐ž๐ฑ๐ญ๐ž๐ง๐๐ฌ ๐›๐ž๐ฒ๐จ๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ฆ๐š๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐š๐ฅ ๐ซ๐ž๐š๐ฅ๐ฆ, ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐š ๐๐ž๐ž๐ฉ ๐ฌ๐ž๐ง๐ฌ๐ž ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ฅ๐ข๐›๐ž๐ซ๐ญ๐ฒ.

 

Similarly, at ๐‘กโ„Ž๐‘’ ๐‘ ๐‘œ๐‘๐‘–๐‘Ž๐‘™ ๐‘™๐‘’๐‘ฃ๐‘’๐‘™, as social beings, the instinct to belong and feel secure within a group is deeply ingrained from birth. However, this inclination can hinder personal growth by limiting the openness to ๐ž๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐จ๐ซ๐ž ๐›๐ž๐ฒ๐จ๐ง๐ ๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐›๐ฅ๐ข๐ฌ๐ก๐ž๐ ๐ฌ๐จ๐œ๐ข๐š๐ฅ ๐œ๐ข๐ซ๐œ๐ฅ๐ž๐ฌ.

 

Subtraction at ๐‘กโ„Ž๐‘’ ๐‘๐‘œ๐‘”๐‘›๐‘–๐‘ก๐‘–๐‘ฃ๐‘’ ๐‘™๐‘’๐‘ฃ๐‘’๐‘™ involves ๐ฉ๐ž๐ž๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐š๐ฐ๐š๐ฒ ๐ฅ๐š๐ฒ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐š๐œ๐œ๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐š๐ญ๐ž๐ ๐ค๐ง๐จ๐ฐ๐ฅ๐ž๐๐ ๐ž, ๐ž๐ฆ๐จ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ, ๐œ๐จ๐ง๐๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ , ๐š๐ง๐ ๐›๐ž๐ฅ๐ข๐ž๐Ÿ๐ฌ. Concepts and behaviors adopted in the past may now act as impediments to reaching our full potential and authentic selves. Practicing cognitive subtraction involves ๐ช๐ฎ๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐ž ๐ข๐๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ, questioning who we truly are and why we are here, understanding the roots of our behaviors, and cultivating habits that propel us forward in life.

 

By applying subtraction to the physical, social, and cognitive dimensions, we acquire the skill of tapping into our innate intuition, enabling us to perceive and understand reality more effectively.
